Mr. Chatterjee is a Mechanical Engineer, Certified Accountant, MBA
Finance and Member of Institute of Internal Auditors of USA. A
Senior Director who chairs both the Audit & Remuneration Committees of
the Board, has over 35 years of international experience in Engineering,
FMCG, Trading & Real Estate Sectors and of this he has held offices
as Directors and CEOs for over 15 years.
Specializing in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Re-structuring and
Project Management, he has previously been with Unilever, UK and
Robert Bosch GMBH companies and holds Senior Directoral positions in
many Infinity Associates internationally. |
