A lawyer by profession, Mr. Poddar was enlisted as an advocate with the Calcutta High Court in 1975. He joined the Government of West Bengal in the Finance Department in 1977 in a special assignment on a contractual basis. Having won significant laurels over the years, he is currently working as a Corporate Advisor and Consultant to various Corporations.
